This warranty can cover mixed use developments up to three stories with a level of retail. The Multi-Family Warranty can also cover detached structures within the community such as clubhouses, garages, daycare and fitness centers owned in common by the homeowners’ association. As multi-family communities are often complex projects, certain restrictions and limitations apply to the structural warranty offered.
