Modular Manufacturer’s Warranty
2-10 HBW offers the most comprehensive 10-Year Structural Defect Warranty to Manufacturers of Modular Homes which includes the following benefits:
- 10-Year insurance-backed, limited structural warranty coverage
- No mandatory manufacturer deductibles
Builder-Provided 2-10 Coverage
The 2-10 Builder-Provided Warranty covers the home once placed on a permanent foundation and is HUD-approved for FHA/VA and RHS financing and includes:
- Ten-year limited structural warranty coverage that includes the home’s foundation and defects arising from soil movement
- One-year limited builder’s warranty coverage on workmanship and materials
- Two-year limited builder’s warranty coverage on major systems
