The 10-year Structural Warranty provides coverage from the day of closing and offers 10 full years of insurance-backed structural defect coverage on qualified load-bearing components.

2-10 HBW Builder Members have access to FREE professional brochures, flyers and signage to help SELL MORE HOMES by letting buyers know that your home is covered by a third-party warranty. 

As a builder member you can offer optional extended coverage on systems and appliances for up to 4 years in most states. Most manufacturers’ warranties expire after the first year of home ownership. You can make this value-added program available to your homeowners.

Warranty Administration

When you join the program 2-10 HBW becomes your warranty administration team and helps you manage homeowner calls.  We have over 400 employees standing behind the strength of our warranty including Professional Engineers, Inspectors, Risk Management Specialists and Customer Service Representatives to help you.  We offer proactive protection for builders and homeowners through building inspections and risk management procedures to help ensure quality homes.
